Message from Head of School
Church Farm School exists to provide real and meaningful opportunity to motivated, hard-working boys from many places in our region and around the world, especially those who desire an excellent education.
Since 1918, this work has been made possible through the support of a wonderful philanthropic community choosing to provide uncommon educational access to those students who would not typically enjoy such a life-changing experience.
Our tagline, Inspiring Boys – Fulfilling Dreams, speaks of our desire to find the most inspirational boys from all races, creeds, cultures and economic circumstances and, in turn, inspire them to make their dreams a reality through a rigorous academic curriculum, engaging campus life, highly competitive athletic program and service to the greater community. We seek to prepare each boy in mind, body and spirit for life in some of the country’s best colleges and universities with most receiving significant scholarships, the kind we provide at CFS.

About the Head of School
A native of Queens, New York, Tiffany Scott holds a BA from Syracuse University and an M.Ed. from the University of Delaware. Tiffany previously worked in the college admissions office at the University of Delaware, helping recruit and onboard students of color. She later joined the McNair Scholars Program, where she helped underserved students gain access to graduate programs, helping co-write a grant that raised $1.1 million. Both professional experiences fine-tuned her leadership in admissions, academics and advocacy—leading her to want to focus full-time on high school students, where she joined CFS in 2014 as the Director of College Guidance.
In addition to the many hats she wears at CFS, Tiffany is deeply committed to working with local programs, giving her time to Jack and Jill-Chester County, Black Women of Chester County in Action and The Fund for Women and Girls. Outside of CFS, Tiffany loves reading and traveling, and is a full-time dedicated mom of a rising sixth grader, Sydney.

The Church Farm School is an independent boarding and day school for boys in grades 9-12 located in Exton, PA. Founded in 1918 to provide an excellent education to young men from limited means, Church Farm School now serves boys from a range of socio-economic circumstances who are seeking an extraordinary educational opportunity. The school offers a challenging college preparatory curriculum and an exceptional level of personal attention, with class sizes averaging between just 7 and 12 students.
