Longtime Educator Dr. Darryl J. Ford Presenting Convocation Address

We are thrilled to announce that Dr. Darryl J. Ford will be providing the keynote address at our Convocation Ceremony on Friday, September 6 at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Atonement. The former Head of School at William Penn Charter from 2007-2023 currently serves as Vice President, Education Leadership Services, at Carney Sandoe & Associates. Darryl is a member of the CS&A team working with our Board of Directors to find our fifth Head of School. Prior to William Penn Charter, Darryl was the Head of School at St. Gregory Episcopal School, a low-tuition choir school for boys in Chicago. An active Episcopalian, Darryl is a member of St. George St. Barnabas Episcopal Church in West Philadelphia.

Critical to Darryl’s leadership is a commitment of personal and institutional service and supporting individuals and schools in meaningful ways. He has participated on and led many accreditation teams, mentored many aspiring and established school leaders across the country, and is a sought-after speaker in K-12 and higher education. The event will be livestreamed on our YouTube channel. CFS families and friends interested in attending can RSVP here
