CFS Announces Tiffany Scott as Associate Head of School for 2025-2026 School Year

Dear CFS Community,

The Church Farm School is pleased to announce that Tiffany Scott, M.Ed., Church Farm School’s Interim Head of School for 2024-2045, has been appointed Associate Head of School, effective July 1, 2025. In this newly created role, Tiffany will report to and be responsible for supporting the incoming Head of School, Dr. Troy Baker, and for guiding all internal programs that impact student experience, including academics, athletics, student life, wellness, college counseling and auxiliary programs. The Head of School will oversee all aspects of the school, with a primary focus on admissions, advancement, finance and human resources.

As Interim Head of School, Tiffany has worked closely with the school’s Board of Directors, faculty and staff and students to enhance the school’s facilities – including upgrades to 10 student dormitories – and created new partnerships to expand Church Farm School’s experiential learning opportunities. Tiffany joined the CFS community in 2014 as its first Director of College Guidance. Under her strong guidance, 100% of graduates attend "best fit" colleges and universities, many with significant scholarships, including nine graduates receiving full, four-year scholarships to esteemed schools through the QuestBridge National College Match. Church Farm School alumni college persistence has also increased to nearly 90%, twice the national average for young men of color.

"We are excited for Tiffany’s new role at Church Farm School. She is a very well-respected leader, and we know that she will be a strong partner for Dr. Baker as he becomes Head of this vibrant community," says Vincent Napoleon, CFS Board Chair. Adds Tiffany, "I am grateful for this new role at Church Farm School which will allow me to continue to expand the great work we do every day."

In addition to this new role, we are thrilled to announce that Tiffany has been selected as the recipient of the 2024-2025 J. Tyler Griffin Award for Ambassadorship. She will be honored as part of our Alumni Reunion Dinner ceremonies on Saturday, May 10. If you'd like to join us in celebrating, please RSVP here (non-alumni welcome!).
